1. State Level World Environment Day-2010 observed at Guwahati on 5th June in collaboration with Environment & Forests Department of Govt. of Assam and Assam Pollution Control Board.
2. A training for functioning of Weather Stations organised at Guwahati during 2011.
3. A series of Map Learning Workshops were held at different places of Assam during 2010 & 2011.
4. A meeting for launching of Green Secretariat Meeting was held at Assam Secretariat during 2010.
5. State level orientation programme for District Coordinators, District Academic Coordinators and District Resource Teachers of National Children’s Science Congress 2010, Assam held at A.C. Dutta Bhawan, Dept. of Botany, Cotton College on 10.04.2010.
6. State Level World Environment Day organised at Guwahati jointly with Department of Environment & Forests, Govt. of Assam and State Pollution Control Board, Assam on 5th June, 2010.
7. ‘State level Congress of the 18th National Children’s Science Congress’ held at Assam University, Silchar during October 27 – 30, 2010.
8. Vigyan Jyoti Jatra, an academic train excursion to various scientific places of West Bengal for Child Scientists of National Children Science Congress, Eco-club members of Best Eco-Clubs of Assam under National Green Corps, prize winners of Rajiv Gandhi Akshay Urja Diwas and others was organised during October 02-09, 2010 from Guwahati Railway Station.
9. Foundation Laying Ceremony of Kokrajhar, Nalbari and North Lakhimpur Sub-Regional Science Centres cum Planetariums held at Guwahati during February 2011.
