Under this scheme activities like exhibition, field camp, workshop, popular talk, mass rally, etc. are taken up for popularizing of science and for development of scientific temperament among all sections of the people of Assam.
Programmes undertaken
- One-day science popularization programme was organized through holding a series of activities like speech competition, S&T exhibition, seminar on science popularization etc. at Bokoliaghat H. S. School, Bokoliaghat, Karbi Anglong on 10th September, 2005 organised by Cherap Seroi(Helping hand ), Diphu, Karbi Anglong.

- Sky observation programme at Teok, Jorhat and Sivasagar by Pragjyotish Amateur Association, Guwahati
- Survey on identification of specific problem and awareness camp leading to entrepreneurship development programme had been conducted in N.C. Hills District by SSEAEP, Nagaon.
