This project was carried out at 1:50,000 scale keeping in view of resolution of satellite data. |
DISTRICT WISE MAP & AREA STATISTICS FOR WETLANDS WITHIN RESERVED FOREST OF ASSAM
This contains wetland statistics within reserved forest in each district of Assam. Under this project 27 districts of Assam were considered for analysis. Based on reserved forest boundary record it was found that reserved forest exists in 25 districts out of total 27 districts. Reserved forest is not found in two districts (viz. Nalbari and Barpeta)
